Returns & Condition
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt
Items must be unused, in original packaging and receipt of purchase
Return Process: Email us at cs@og-ateler.co.uk. WE WILL SEND YOU A SHIPPPING LABEL ON APPROVAL.
Return Costs: The customer is responsible for shipping costs for returns.
Damaged and Faulty Items: If an item is faulty or damaged, please contact cs@og-atelier.co.uk with details.
Refunds and replacement will be process by Customer Service on proof of damages of fault.
